Learning and self exploration , helping people live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives and helping families facing autism, special needs and Lyme disease are passions for Ellen. Ellen has has been practicing the Option Process® for 15 years, and teaching in different capacities for Over 20 years. She home schools her daughter. She helps individuals and families in various capacities reach for their fullest potential and live their biggest dreams. Ellen used the Option process to regain her health after 11 years with Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome. Through this work she became and has remained for 15 years in terrific health. This work has enabled her to overcome many challenging life circumstances, including a turbulent childhood, a parent with multiple addictions and mental illness, physical and mental abuse, and the eventual suicide death of her mother. Though she actively sought help in many forms, she never really got the answers she wanted: The answers that would allow her to truly live to her fullest potential, and be genuinely happy and able to make her life anything she wants it to be. She found those things in The Option Process®, offered through The Option Institute™ in Sheffield, MA, which she used to radically heal and change her life. She then went on to study and become professionally certified to do this work and now helps others overcome their challenges. Ellen and her husband actively run Emma's Dreams a home based Son-Rise® Program and biomedical program to recover their daughter from high functioning autism and multiple medical challenges. Ellen is a registered counselor, and certified birth to 8th grade regular and special educator in the Sate of Maine. She studied as an undergraduate at Ohio University in Athens Ohio, and has done post graduate work at the University of Maine, as well as extensive study at the Option Institute in Sheffield, MA.
